I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a central location in the city. The hotel is right on the edge of the medieval city, making it easy to explore on foot. Additionally, there are many restaurants and shops nearby, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities, including the jacuzzi and rainshower in the spa, were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill my every request, making my experience even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was excellent - very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The bathroom was spacious and had both a bath and a shower. The staff were super friendly and professional, providing helpful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The location was perfect, right on the edge of the old town and close to the caves. I also appreciated the convenience of parking and the variety of options available for breakfast.

I recently stayed at the Plaza Madeleine & Spa for a week-long vacation. The rooms were immaculate and well stocked, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with quality linen. The view of the town square from our room was perfect, and the soundproofing was brilliant, insulating us from the revelry below. The spa area with the outdoor pool was a lovely treat, especially being able to swim outdoors in November. The hotel's location in the middle of the village was fantastic, and the English-speaking staff were really helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent quality and convenient location.

No restaurant for evening meal

The mademoiselle that worked at the front desk was very competent and charming. The hotel had no bad points, that were aggravating. I stay in many hotels each year...and no bad points is uncommon. Most good hotels have some aggravating points.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a central location. The room was comfortable and the staff was excellent. We loved the outdoor Jacuzzi and the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent facilities and fine location Good value for money

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location, nice relaxing bar area, wonderful private pool area and secure private parking (fee applicable) there is also on street parking free after 7pm but not that expensive during the day . Would highly recommend this to friends, famiy and business colleagues.

The receptionist did not advise us we could not check out befor 7.30am, which caused us a problem as we had a flight to catch and needed to leave at 7am, fortunately a member of staff from the breakfast room checked us out The only other negative is the hair drier was poor but knowing that I would bring myu own next time.

Had a SUCH GREAT stay for a night. The staff was affable, they were always available. We greatly enjoyed fairly quiet and huge room. Everything was simply excellent.
